Qibla Routes was founded in 2012 by Ibrahim Al-Amin, a Londoner who had just performed Hajj. During that journey he met fellow UK pilgrims who had paid premium prices yet stayed an hour from the Haram, holding visas that nearly weren't processed in time.
He returned determined to build a different kind of agency — one that treats the closeness of your hotel to the Kaaba as non-negotiable, processes every visa personally, and keeps a real person reachable both in the UK and on the ground in Saudi Arabia throughout your trip.
